WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Wasserman Live are seeking an experienced Production/Installation Manager to join our existing branding team delivering a high-quality service to Formula E Holdings.

The Production/Installation Manager will work alongside/support the Project Manager to liaise and negotiate with the client, suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth implication of the event delivery

• Understanding and developing the Client’s objectives and brief for branding requirements
• Sourcing local suppliers
• Predetermining installation production methods
• Co-ordinate and manage staff and contractors on site for the delivery of the project
• Compiling and maintaining project reports, budgets, job sheets and schedules
• Maintaining good communication and reporting, externally with the client and internally within CSM Live

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

• Good Planning and Project Management Skills
• Willingness and ability to travel Worldwide for up to 14 days at a time.
• Excellent Communications skills – verbal, written and presentational
• Access equipment certification would be advantageous
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of print production, fabrication and installation
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Physically Fit to meet demands of on-site event work
